Helen's coaching work helps people find peace within themselves. Her courses teach the path back to that inner ground. And her art carries that same field of peace into the world — into your home, your walls, your daily life.
A painting created in stillness does not simply hang on a wall. It holds something. It radiates what it was born in. These works were made slowly, with full presence, in a space of deep inner peace — and that is what they bring with them, wherever they go.
Each work in this series has lived for one year in Helen's studio — present during sessions, meditations, and the quiet hours between. They have been immersed in the same field of peace that flows through her work with people. To collect one of these pieces is to bring that stillness home. A living reminder, on your wall, that peace is not something we find. It is something we return to.
On a snow-covered winter's day, a dove with an injured wing appeared in Helen's garden. She had lost her freedom in a single moment. Helen brought her inside, cared for her, and watched — week after week — as her feathers slowly grew back.
And then one morning, the dove spread her wings and flew. Far away, and free. She left. But her soul stayed.
Helen had never thought of herself as an artist. Not once. But in that moment of outstretched wings, something opened in her that had no words. Only colour. A soft, luminous blue on a large canvas — the only language that came close to what she had witnessed.
Each work in this series is made from materials that carry their own story — the eggshells of quail Helen hatched herself, granite stone powder from ancient earth, and 24-carat gold leaf. Nothing here is accidental. Everything is alive.
